Wisconsin's ban of texting while driving goes into effect tomorrow. To illustrate the story I was asked to go out to a pedestrian overpass above University Avenue and do a stake out. Mission: get a picture of somebody texting while driving.
I got lucky. The dog was icing on the cake.

A driver Friday afternoon, Nov. 26, 2010, on westbound University Avenue in Madison appears more interested in his or her cell phone than the road. A new state law that takes effect Wednesday makes it illegal to text while driving, though talking on a phone, dialing a number and scrolling through a contacts list are all still allowed.
