I really have a tremendous amount of respect for the ones that do manage to survive especially in smallish communities.
Places like The Olive Cellar (which mainly sells varieties of imported olive oils, some flavored, by the bottle), to me, shows that the Fox Cities aren't "small-town" anymore, and there's a discriminating, sophisticated market in our area... (published 12/28/07)
