Rev. Bruce Burnside sentencing

The Rev. Bruce Burnside sits back in his chair after speaking on his own behalf at his sentencing hearing for second-degree reckless homicide at the Dane County Courthouse in Madison, Wis., Thursday, July 31, 2014. Maureen Mengelt died in 2013 when she was struck by Burnside's vehicle while jogging in Sun Prairie. It was determined Burnside had a blood-alcohol level of 0.128 percent that day, above the legal limit of 0.08 in Wisconsin. Burnside was sentenced to 10 years of prison time.
